Moran Plant: FRAME Concept

The Moran Plant is a long defunct power plant on the Burlington waterfront. Many proposals have come and gone for reuse over the years since it was decommissioned. In 2018 it was slated for demolition by the city until a small group of devotees put together this proposal to the city: Strip out the shell and leave the steel structure, which could then be used in many ways as a Framework for viewing platforms, art, markets, etc. The city embraced the concept and, as of late 2019, intends to move forward with it!
